okay, so i make homemade pizza a lot with our bread machine, i use wheat flour and everything, but im having a hard time figuring out how many calories it would be.  since its home made i like to think it would have a lot less fat/calories than store bought pizza... any suggestions?

i would use the recipe analyzer with the ingredients you used in the bread machine as well as all the measurements of the toppings that you used.

For super low cal pizzas, I grill a wholewheat tortilla wrap on each side for a few minutes, spread your homemade ragu sauce, again heat under the grill, top with your usual favorites.. and sprinkle with low fat cheese and melt. done, its super quick and tasty when served with a big side salad!
