I had a slice of cheese pizza for lunch yesterday. It was definitley a smaller piece, but I'm feeling really guilty.
Anyone know how accurate this website is for calories for pizza. The site says that it was only like 180 calories or something like that. Maybe 145, I can't remember now. That seem low to anyone else??

I had pizza the other day too. I have a couple of slices.
I just entered where I got the pizza from on the food log search which was peter piper pizza. I felt guilty too but I ate very light the whole day so I could enjoy my favorite food for dinner and I was still under my daily calorie count and had a grade A for the day.

especially as an occasional splurge, pizza can be a fine choice if you order it right and work it in to your daily allowance. i order thin crust, with diced tomatoes and onion, sometimes extra sauce, and eat about 2 medium slices. the more vegetable toppings you load it up with the better!
Kind of off the topic, maybe not though. When I was pregnant, (a million years ago!) my nutritionist said that pizza was actually a fairly healthy meal, especially if it has veggies on it. It's all about portion control, right? Did it fit into your calories for the day? That's what I go by. No worries.
