Pizza?

How many calories are there in a regular slice of cheese pizza? On cc is says that sbarros pizza is like 500 calories, everywhere else it says that the pizza that you buy in random pizzerias is like 300 calories. I usually eat pizza from random pizzerias. The pizza from sbarros and random pizzerias look and taste the same, so I don't really believe there is truly a difference. So does anyone know how many calories are in a regular slice of cheese pizza?

the calorie count depends on the size of the slice/pizza. a slice of large cheese pizza is going to have more calories than a slice of medium cheese pizza. the reason sbarro's is so high cal is because the pieces are huge, not to mention covered in grease. your best bet for logging pizza is looking up the specific brand and making sure that you're logging the correct size pizza.

oh nuts. it was a big slice, but the crust was thin. ugh. oh well. no more pizza then (the pizza in new york is huge, in my opinion)
