Pizza...I love/hate you.

Quote  |  Reply
Last night I had a ton of pizza.  I'm trying to log it on here, but I cannot find anything CLOSE to new york style pizza.  You know, thin crust/pie, kinda greasy, decent amount of cheese.  Anyone know of the brands on here that would fit that description?  I don't think C-C will be adding Napoli's Pizza on here anytime soon.

And yes...I'm asking a stupid question in the forums.  So shoot me.

ouch 680 cals
Holy crap!!  Haha that's NOT quite it, Salome.  that slice of pizza right there was like 10 oz!

It was plain cheese, not extra cheese, and very thin...think thin crust pizza.  I'd easily use pizza hut or papa johns, but their pizza dough is breadier by FAR.
ha ha ha ha well you said it was really cheesy and greasy. ;)

I wonder what 680 calorie pizza tastes like.
680 calorie pizza had better taste GOOD, damnit.  Nothing is worse than spending calories on something that tastes like ass.
I always just use the generic "cheese pizza" link for my NYC pizza (http://www.calorie-count.com/calories/item/21 049.html) but if I have one slice, I log two slices because NYC slices are gigantic.
sabarros is like ny pizza, thats what i use

*wonders how finewine knows what ass tastes like*
This is kinda funny...I just had a slice of New York style pizza out at a local place, and I logged it as a slice of Sbarro. That's what I'd recommend.
I looked up thin crust pizza and got this list.

surely there is something there that will approximate what you had.
I suggest S'barro's pizza. Their pizza is kind of New York style.
