what is your plan?
what's your personal plan for getting your weight back down after a vacation with little exercise and more eating? what works for you? how long does it take?
The usual way: exercise and watching what I eat. Plus after vacation I can also bore my friends to death on how good of a time I had. ![]()

Actually, I plan to make good choices on vacation while still having fun. My last vacation I made time to walk around and made smart dining choices at all the restaurants we ate out at (chinese buffets, pizza hut, KFC, a seafood joint). I came back no heavier...actually 0.8lb lighter.
You don't need extra exercise necessarily, just move. You should be moving if you're on vacation anyway what with sight-seeing and all that.
If that fails do as UD prescribes. And it takes as long as it takes.
i wish i was that good on vacation :P actually this trip i feel that i did pretty good. i tried not to over eat by too much and got a little exercise in. wednesday is my weigh in day so we'll see how much damage was done lol.
