I keep stock on clemintines, you know those little oranges they sell by the BOX? They peel real easy and don't have seeds. They are as sweet as it can get without eating candy and so satisfying. I eat 2-3 per day, and they're about 25 calories!

I also snack on Kellog's Granola Munch'ems, they're 130 calories per pack and about 1.5g of fat. 2g of fiber too!! Very yummy.

When you start eating less and your body adjusts, little snacks like these paired with water are very filling! It's almost scary. Sometimes I'll look up and it's 2pm and I haven't eaten lunch yet!

Breakfast - whatever sounds good at the time, might be ham and cheese, might be cereal or oatmeal, might be chicken

snacks: laughing cow cheese or string cheese, fat free yogurt, sugar free pudding, Kashi 7 grain cereal (good for crunch cravings)

Lunch: Michelina's Lean Gourmet, Weight Watchers Smart Ones or Lean Cuisine Entree depending on what's on sale that week and how much cash I've got for groceries

Supper: Whatever mom fixes. I'm living at home with my parents right now after I rebuild my life after divorce. And as you can see I'm not a big fan of fruits and veggies. I try to eat them but I'm not real successful at it.
I have the WORST sweet tooth ever. I always have fat free (or sugar free) pudding and fat free cool whip after dinner every night. Knowing that I will get a reward later makes me less likely to gravitate toward sugary stuff.

I usually have a Jolly Time Healthy Pop mini-bag for my afternoon snack. 100 calories and a lot of food.
as far as snacking, i am totally addicted to the 100 calorie packs.  they are pre-portioned and totally easy.  I don't snack a lot, though.  I also like apples (fiber).
I snack on those baby yellow/orange peppers, Triscuit Thins (less salt/cal/more fibre) and salsa, V-8 (have to watch the sodium, though!), canned mandarins, and high-fibre cereal with berries.
I am a 100 calorie snacker too..giggles..I have healthy snacks to like
carrot sticks and apples.  I have gotten where I dont snack as
much as I used to.  I try and wait until my family is snacking so
I will not feel left out.  I also eat a lot of popcorn which is a
family favorite that we all share and enjoy.
I usually snack on a fruit.....every once and a while...I will have one of those low fat ice cream bars.....hmmmmmmm

I think that I am beginning to crave for a little ice cream now.

*Betterbe is eyeing the refrig*
almonds for when im craving chocolate (dont know why but it works). also carrots when i need crunchy.... and apples galore... they are pretty good and apparently one apple gives the same reaction (brain wise) as a cup of coffee... think i read that in Prevention...
