I went to Planned Parenthood today for my depo shot AND..........

MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS 100% NORMAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The last time I went, 3 months ago, actually on the very day I started my diet, I found out that my blood pressure was abnormally high and they wanted me to go to all these doctors, etc.. and I figured, no.. I'm just going to diet and exercise and get healthy.

Anywho, nearly 40 pounds down, my blood pressure is finally normal.  I'm very glad.

OH, and even awesomer, they could actually fit the regular blood pressure thing around my arm!  Last time they had to go find a bigger one!

Thanks everyone!  I'm so happy :)  They were even able to give me a regular asthma treatment last night when I had an asthma attack- I wasn't hooked up to a breathing machine for too long, and I think a lot of that has to do with my weight.  The only machine I had to use was an albuterol(sp?) nebulizer to get my lungs flowing again (i basically had allergy induced asthma).  Anywho, I feel incredible and I can't wait to make the rest of my goals :)
