does anyone have any tips?
try to ride it out... Im having the same problem for about 2 to 3 weeks now... Ive been eating 1400 calories and I'm at 158-159 every day. Try not to get frustrated and fed up with it. I have to force myself  not to chow down to try to jump start my metabolism, it wont work. Ride out the wave. Eventually the weight loss will get a good kick again. Maybe try working out a bit more

1) Plan out your meals - I make the effort to eat 5-6 times a day of mini meals. Sometimes if I know that something is going to be worth two meals, well I eat half, the the other half later. I work in an office all day so I plan my meals during the weekend, shop, and then I bring my meals to work in a packed lunch cooler and put it in the fridge. That way I don't have to use up space for one of those frozen cold packs. I also bring food that doesn't need to be cooled too.

2) When it looks like my 6th meal will put into my 500 deficit, then I don't eat it. That way instead of having a deficit of 100 or 200, I have one of 600 or 700. It doesn't hurt.

3) Make sure to supplement with a good multivitamin or two.

4) Pay attention to your macros (macronutrients) protein, carb, healthy fat ratios and minerals.

5) Stay away from processed sugars that are in things like candy bars and sodas. If you need sugar go for fruits.

Increase your cardio workout or if you're not doing cardio or/and strength training, start. It's the only way.  The reason why is your body is adjusting to the caloric content that you're eating and it's adjusting your metabolism to match. By doing strength and cardio training, your speeding up your metabolism.  As long as you burn more calories than you take in, your should start losing weight again.
I usually do 30 minutes to 120 minutes of cardio everyday. Burning between 150 and 600 calories.

Unless you're "cardio" is training for something specific like a marathon or something similar, then it would do you well to trade out some of the cardio time for strength training -- all that cardio is not going to make much of a difference in your weight loss. Now, you may not actually see a change at the scale right away at first, in fact, you may see a very small gain* of 1-2 lbs, but I can practically guarantee that your clothes will quickly start to fit looser and soon after you will see some decrease in your weight.

Look for a body weight routine that incorporates squats, pushups, and abs, to start.  YouTube has many good videos on this.

Cheers.

i take a strenght training class that is 4 days a week for 45 minutes. i also do some strength stuff when i am not in class.

i was 5'3" and hit a plateau of 153lbs. i lost 18lbs in 1 month very easily. my secret was becoming a vegeterian. my diet consisted of:

honey nut cherrios with low-fat milk

lots of green grapes and apples

oatmeal

water

activia low fat yogurt

cheese [very little thought]

THATS IT. TRUST ME IT WORKS.   oh n i took some vitamin pills.   it really wasnt that hard.
