Plateaus
I have hit a plateau right now. I am stuck at 195!! I have been here a week!!! I need to lose 20 more pounds!!!

Have you recalculated your calorie requirements based on your most recent exercise plan and weight?
Could it be related to the time of month? I know I "plateau" for a week or so every month. Then a few days into ttom, I drop 4 or 5 pounds. After that I go back to a 2-3 pound weekly loss. (took a couple months to see the pattern)
I too am on a plateau. Two weeks for me though. It sucks and I can't wait to be heading back 'down hill'!
Plateaus Suck! I have been on mine for thirteen days! Just keep trying, don't give in! I know I have posted many many many posts like this in the last 13 days. I haven't gotten past it so I can't give you advise just support! Mabey up the workouts, Thats the only thing I have not done. But thats what I plan on doing. At least thats what I keep saying. It's easier saying it than doing it! But exersise will also make you feel happier so you won't get depressed about the plateau. And don't let it get to you. I kinda let it get to me and I woke up with a new attitude realizing pouting (sp?) and moping around isn't gonna help me get past it. But if I up my workouts that might! Good luck and stay motivated.
