i think i need about 1200 calories to maintain without the exercise as im short and light and stuff so what if in the week i have 2 days at 2000 calories then a couple of days at 1300 and some at 1000,would i still maintain with these numbers or gain?

if you need 1200 to maintain, 2000 is pretty high. and 1000 is WAY too low. i think you you change your cals that much and you're a frequent weigher you're gonna see some weight fluctuations, and maybe some gain.

i personally don't think going from 2000, to 1300 to 1000 and so on is a good idea. don't EVER go below 1200.

Try to have your intake be consistant. If 1200 cals leaves you feeling starvedthen start out by eating 1400 a day for a week and the next week cut it back to 1300 cals and so on. If you go under 1200 cals your body will go into starvtion mode and store more fat and you will end up gaining. hope this helped a little!

i know its wrong to go below 1200 mark but what if like today i have somethink that i would never find the calories out of,i guess its a bit to deep and proberly way over estimateing to give 1000 calories estimate to a bag of pick n mix sweets from today so thats why im guessing i had 2000 for today and maybe 1000 tomorow to kinda make up for today, does that sound right?

There is no problem if you have some days with less ans some with more...

but always consider...

If you have periods where you eat to little... then the body will try to save more energy the days you eat more... by that you learn your body to build fat cells...

so keeping a constant diet is more healthy... overdoing something often is not the best way...

But I wouldn't be too concerned about all this counting... probably more important that you drink enough on days you do not eat to much...
