Hi everybody!
I know many people probably ask this same question, but I really need help figuring this out....so if you could help me out please do so!!
For a while now, I have been trying to figure out my daily calorie needs. I am a competitive runner, age 17, female, 5'8" and about 125 pounds. I run everyday and log in between 40-50 miles a week. I normally feel good running, but I feel like if I eat my daily recommended amount of calories I can progress to the next level of my sport since I am heading off to college this year. I get such broad ranges about calorie intake sometimes that I don't know what to believe.
So if any of you know what my recommended amount may be, please let me know!!
Thanks =]

If you exercise for about an hour a day you should eat 2492 to maintain your weight.
