Im desperate! I was really fat when I was a child, but almost 2 years ago I decided to lose weight and started putting attention to what and when I ate. Until now, everything was going perfect: I went from 90kg. to 60, but lately, (the past 5 days to be more specific) I havent been able to controle myself. Only yesteday I ate almost 4000cal! Today I managed to reduce this number to 3200! Help me please! What can I do? Why can't I stop eating?

if they are too low ur body will back fire.......
How many calories have you been eating each day before this? If its too little, then your body is hungry/desprived
Have you been depriving yourself of foods you want? If so, this could be causing you to eat more.
Are you doing more exercise, studying more, increasing anything in your life? that could be making you hungry.
What you should do is, when you get up in the morning, work out how many calories you should be having (lets say 1800), sit down and work out how to get the most amount of foods out of your daily calories. Today i had a mini chocolate for 80cals, sure it was nice but i could of had an apple for the same amount which would have filled me up more. Choose foods that are not too high in calories but are filling i.e crackers with reduced fat cheese, yogurt with a bit of muesli or oats sprinkled on it, toast, healthy cereal, sandwiches rather than just salad.
But make sure your still having something you like otherwise your body will just want it more.
Let me know how you go and keep up the exercise. You will find your body will get tired and crave less junk food eventually ![]()
I was eating 1200 cals... I guess it's too low for me! Anyways, I'm better now and I followed your advices: I raised my cal limit to 1700 and made a whole menu for the week, so hopefuly I wont get out of control anymore! Just wanted to thank both of you guys for your support!! Well, gotta go to the gym now...
