please help me :(
i have been a habitual dieter for 5 yrs. i say i want to lose weight, stick at it for a few days and give in. I then get into a spiral of feelin fed up and like a failure. I'm so tired of feelin bad about myself and down. I feel so lonely and end up drinking too much becuase I feel awful. My therapist had to cancel my appointment with her (I suffer from anxiety) that was due tomorrow and now i won't be seeing her for another week.
