First stop the negative self-talk. You are not disgusting. And no fasting, it won't fix the problem. How tall are you?

fasting won't help, it'll actually make things worse. but good news is it's totally possible to get healthier and pretty easy as long as you have the patience and will. use the tools on this site to get an idea of what you should be eating. there's also a site that's better for teens since you will need more calories than adults. dont' have the link but might be able to find it

Don't get down on yourself. You just have to want to change your lifestyle.
No fasting!!! You'll make yourself sick and that's not the way to lose weight.
Be pro active about it. Don't completely restrict your diet or you wont want want to stick to it. But keep track of what you eat and keep it in a healthy range.
Excercise. I hate to excercise and I always have but you have to if you really want to look and feel better. I have been on this diet and excercise kick for a month now and I feel brand new. I don't see very much outer change but I know that if I am patient it will happen.

It's not disgusting! I was 14 and 191 a year ago. And fasting doesn't work, you'll gain back whatever you lost the second you eat something.

Find out how many calories you should be eating and how much exercise you should be doing. Don't panic. Do the work, and as Lily said, have patience, and you will lose the weight.
Fist off....It starts here! At 16 your body is still growing. How tall are you? Don't fast! You need the nutrition and vitamins to help grow strong bones and healthy organs. I know I sound like a mother-hen but it's true! Fasting will also put your body into "Starvation Mode." Look up the info at C-C.
Second...you might want to have your mom take you to the Doctor to see if there is any medical issues going on.
Third....at 190 pounds and 16 years old you may want to consider growing into your weight. Meaning.....Eat healthy starting now and don't gain any more weight. It's not easy but you are young and you can do it for a life time. Make it a habit to eat healthy! Good luck!

first of all - it's not disgusting - you've got to change your body image. clearly you're not happy with it, and you're willing to do what it takes to change it. but, don't fast. that's the worst thing you can do for your growing body. have you thought about joining weight watchers?
Are you a girl or boy? First of all dont be so hard on yourself! your young and you can change the way you eat and take care of yourself, your metabolism is still fast so thats a big thing in your favor.
My best advice is for you to make sure you eat every 3 hrs. (stay away from fast food, sugar, white bread, and soda) and workout. do cardio and strength training atleat 1 hr a day. you'll be fine im 31 and have lost over 55lbs so far just doing the things im telling you.
