Im still fairly new to CC and so far Im lovin it. The Analysis bothers me a little bit. I dont know how much protein and carbs and fat and everything I should be eating a day. Also why doesnt it tell me anywhere about my vitamens and minerals and if I should be taking a supplement or something?!!!?! If anyone can help, please do!

as far as ratios of the major macros-- it depends on your body and your health. most people say about 40-60 percent carb, 20-30 percent protein and 10 to 30 percent fat (they dont quite add up b/c of differing opinions on things... some people are very anti carb others are very anti fat). Its a bit of trial and error to figure out what works best for your health, your diet, and your energy levels. Me personally, its better for me to be lower on carbs, cut out white carbs, and increase protein so im not whiny. Other people do best on 60% carbs with lower fat and lower protein.

Supposedly, I havent tried this, if you float your cursor over the pie over the date you should get a vitamin/mineral profile. I cant vouch for that tho. Other than that, CC doesnt keep track of vits. If you are eating a healthy diet with lots of veggies you are probably ok without a vitamin supplement but most women should probably take a vitamin with calcium, vit d, b12 and folic acid in it. but thats just my opinion....

Have you found the Library yet?  If not, it's in the menu bar.  There's a good Q&A section and a lot of articles by both members and experts, and even videos.  It's a wealth of information, just for you!
