Okay so now i'm getting pretty obsessive with what I eat.
Take 1 giant toblerone bar and i had one piece only. Straight away I'm guilt tripping and now i feel gross. Could someone please put me right on how I can stop this? That was my first piece of choccy for 3 months and it is the first time i've ever allowed myself a 'treat' in my diet so please is what i did bad or am I just being stupid?

you're fine! I know how you feel, seriously, but once you realize that one piece of chocolate is totally negligible, basically, you won't feel bad.. and don't let it get to the point where you feel bad about eating a WHOLE ENTIRE STALK OF CELERY like I did. baaaaad idea.
Its fine!!! Its fine!!
I was 139.8 friday...I stopped dieting and ate what I wanted, which was Taco Bell, a soft beef taco, beef & cheese quesadilla & 7-layer burrito (whoa @ the sodium.)
this morning I was 139.6...So it's fine! As long as you have been doing well, exercising fairly, then you deserve a piece of what you enjoy.
[[dont think i didnt worry about how much sodium & calories of what I ate from Taco Bell, lol, i was worrying the whole night and the day after]]

ah thank you!! i actually feel a lot better now ^^
heyy . don't worry. i did that once with a tub of peanut butter and another tub of chocolate frosting. it takes 3500 calories for one measly pound. so you can eat a couple more toblerone bars before there is any difference. feel better. :)
thats what we're here for! to make everyone feel better!
Yep, try and think of it as a treat.
Do you eat it all the time?
Are you unhealthy otherwise?
If not, NOTHING to worry about
Why not try having a treat once a week./ Remember, no food (expect maybe piles of trans fats) is the devil. Its too much of a particular food, before other nutritens. What I do is, if i meat my calorie goal for a day and my nutrient goal (calcium, iron, etc etc) and have spare cals, then its perfectly fine for a treat, to keep me going. I know how you feel. I acutally went 6 mths no chokkie or lollies and fell into a massive binge in front of ppl too. So its much better to have treats and be in control

i was the same way. there is unfortunately nothing anyone can say or do to help you. only you can help yourself.
It's weird how you can go for years abusing your body, start paying attention, and then...wham!! you're reading every single label at the store and checking your favorite restaurants nutri facts online. It becomes an obsession, but if you've never thought about what you're putting in your body, and then start, it requires a certain amount of crazy...not to mention how easy it is after that one taste to go back to "well, a little won't hurt me". So, my advice: set aside a "cheat day" or reward system. That way you can restrict yourself to only having that treat on certain days and cheating won't be an option.
P.S. I know I ramble a lot, hope there was something helpful in there.

I have the same problem...only I dont stop at one. once I have something Im like of I screwed up now I might as well eat the whole house and then I feel super super guilty after and I get all depressed. if you can stop after one piece I gotta give you credit for that one. good job dont worry about it!
