please please help me understand this....
Ok so I have a dumb question.....So my daily calorie intake is at 1600 so i raech that most days ...don't go over much seems pretty easy to stick to that calorie goal each day i have that down packed....so now i am not overly active ,but i also am not a couch potatoe.. so my burn meter is anywhere from 2500-4500.. so am i doing the math correct when i subtract say my burn meter is 3000...so the math would be 1600-3000= (-1400) so is that a good thing or a bad thing that my numbers are that outta wack ....i was told that it should be around 500 is that true and why am i doing something wrong....do i need to do more excercise for teh calories or what please please help me understand this.......
TIA barbie
Eating less than the minimum (1200F/1500M +300teens +%exercise) or a deficit great than 1,000 calories is a bad thing. Only do it if you are under the supervision of a doctor and they have told you to do it.
You either need to eat more or exercise less so that you don't have such a large deficit, aim for 500-1000 calories per day for a healthy weight loss of ~1-2 lbs per week.

Figure out what type of eater you are and you might just find the answer to permanent weight loss.
