please let me know if i am doing better about my nutrition
So I have lost a lot of weight recently and I know it goes mainly with the large amount of running I was doing (I was training for a marathon). Now I run about an average of 4 miles a day (might go down to 3 if I'm tired or 5 if I feel good), six days a week. I know I was very stupid and did not eat much which also dramatically increased how much weight I lost. I started at about 122 now I'm at 110 in about two and a half months. I don't think this is very healthy for me. I am scared that I screwed up my metabolism and am going to end up losing all my muscle. I was eating a fairly low amount of calories. Mind you I wasn't eating bad just having lots of very low calorie foods. I am just scared of upping my calories too much at once so much that I will end up gaining weight. Now its spring break and I will be going to Turkey and I hope I can refrain from eating too many things. Knowing myself I will want to try everything I just hope I don't feel to guilty about it. But anyways would you guys mind looking at what I ate today and telling me if you think calorie wise and food wise I am doing ok. I actually usually eat better than this its just I am trying to use up all the left over food we have since spring break is starting and I'm driving back home tomorrow.
For example today I had:
10:30 Breakfast- 1 cup Kashi go lean, 1/2cup nonfat plain soy milk, handful of Kashi Go lean Crunch, large cup green tea, sprinkle of ground cinnamon
1:15 pm- ran 4 miles, 36 minutes
2:00- 1 slice whole wheat bread, three slices of oven roasted turkey, slice of tomato, some mustard, sprinkle of sargento shredded cheddar cheese
3:00- 1 kashi oat and honey waffle with 1 tbsp ff cream cheese and 1 tbs smuckers strawberry jelly
5:15- gala apple
8:00- florida orange
9:00- 1 baked sweet potato, 1/2 can of red beans mixed with some cut up onions, red peppers, tomato, and sprinkle of cheddar cheese with a little bit of rice, also had some steamed broccoli with melted cheese
I know it seems like I eat lots of cheese but really I am just trying to finish up what we have left. Normally I eat a bit more fruit than this and some more veggies. What do you think? Tomorrow I will probably have my daily cereal with some strawberries, probably an orange, another one of those open faced sandwiches and probably salmon and veggies later at night and another fruit thrown in there somewhere.
