I'm at work and hunger just overcame me.
I had oatmeal for breakfast but it's like 4 now and i found some 2 yellow starburts(my fav) in the drawer, ate them both. Then I went to the machine and got some peanut butter crackers. They are the Lance brand cookie crackers. Ah they are my favorite and they are only in the machine sometimes.
I didn't want to eat a lot before tonight, it's our winter dance and I didn't want my stomach to pooch out. Now i'm all freaking out!! :O
Wow after our dance we all went to sonic. I got the grilled chicken wrap, and..tater tots!!! ah. but they were good and we all got them so I just was like ok whatever it's all part of the experience.
A) That's not enough to make your stomach pooch out. B) Where's lunch? That's not nearly enough food for this point in the day! No wonder you were so hungry.
No offense but 2 starbursts? Did you really need to mention just TWO starbursts?

At first I thought I read 2 Starbucks. I was thinking okay ya those calories can add up. But then I looked again..................2 StarBursts?

No you are fine and what you ate should not have made you bloated or puffy.
Dude, it's time to think about this. I have an eating disorder which makes me binge sometimes, and starve other times. Two starbursts and a some crackers are not going to wreck this for you. What's helped me is faithfully counting my calories and looking at my average consumption for the month. I want to average 1800 calories a day, and have an average deficit of 1000 calories a day. So what if I eat too much Sunday? I can make it up Mon-Thurs. That kind of thinking is keeping me sane and on track.
