PLEASE READ, REPLY, PLEASE,PLEASE, I BEg!!!
Hi everyone. I've been keeping to my calories but i usually don't eat healthy. Don't get me wrong i have water and fruits and veggies everyday but also dunkin donuts coolatta(with skim milk) and bread. I'm losing weight but i have a tummy. Is the reason my sotmach sticks out is because i'm eating somewhat unhealthy? I'm 13, 5'4 3/4, supposedly going to be 5'8, and aiming for 115. I'm not overweight but i still want to lose. no worries, i'm not starving myself or aiming for like 80 pounds. but i am keeping to my calories but i don't have a flat tummy (i do 35 minutes of aerobics and crunches everyday and on weekends i ad din jump roping, weight lifting, and the treadmill. so i am very active.) I also seme to be very thin in the mornings but by late morning, even if i've eaten nothing, my sotmach already looks a lot larger. PLEASE HELP! !!!!!
