Hi there -
We have pretty similar stats. I'm 16, male, 5'6" (well, I guess now 5'7") and during my last weigh-in I was 131 lbs. Now obviously my situation is completely different from yours. I'm in the process of gaining after an ED.
Anyway, it's great that you want to increase your calories! But I'm afraid your body might be in 'starvation mode' from eating such a low amount of calories. The minimum amount for a SEDENTARY teenage male 1800 cals. So you will no doubt gain weight at first, as your body thinks you're starving. The good news is that your metabolism CAN be fixed. If you increase your calories up to a reasonable amount, your body will soon realize that it's not starving, and your metabolism will also speed up. Now I'm not sure what your activity level is, so I can't help you get an exact amount of calories you should aim for. You can use this specialized calculator for teens as a general guideline: http://www.bcm.edu/cnrc/bodycomp/bmiz2.html
The bare minimum amount for a sedentary teenage boy is 1800 cals a day and you need to get to that as your very first stop. Go from 900 to 1400 to 1800.... bang, bang, bang... today, tomorrow, the next day. After that you probably need to aim for around 2500-3000 on a regular basis to be healthy and to develop properly.... not 1850. Check out that link provided above. Aim to get to 2500 within a couple of weeks.
You will gain a little weight because you've been crash-dieting. And crash-dieting is an incredibly stupid thing to do. Stunts growth, makes you malnourished, wastes muscles, can lead to depression/anxiety/behavioural problems, reduces the immune system and could have put a big strain on your vital organs. So please, never do anything like that again.
If you're so worried about weight-gain that you'd rather carry on starving, if you find it difficult to eat normally and if you have any concerns about your body, growing up, forming relationships with others and if you feel your attitude to food is unhealthy then do talk to the people closest to you about it, and also see your doctor. Disordered eating is a very dangerous, painful and soul-destroying problem to have.

Calorie Count's mission is to promote healthy and sustainable weight management. Please help our moderators follow this vision and respect the following guidelines.
- Promotion of starvation diets or habits that exhibit signs of an eating disorder ("pro-ana", "pro-mia", etc.) is prohibited.
You are forgetting one important thing. You are 15 and you are supposed to grow, not stay the same weight. Your bones and muscles will be getting heavier and if you fail to nourish your body, you will end up with serious health problems as an adult.
If you have problems with food and eating, get some professional help. It's often a psychological problem that can be treated.

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
