If you have the desire to eat and eat don't fight it, just munch on low-calorie things like berries, cherries and grapes.
cassie, i just give in to it for a day.  maybe not the most productive strategy, but it works for me ;-)

i also make note of my pms weight highs.  like, today i weighed 143.5, which SUCKS, except that it's 4 pounds less than my last pms high three weeks ago (short cycle - it's a bitch). 

i just try to keep it all in perspective.

I went through my first PMS cycle (since starting CC) last week... it was a bitch... i totally crave salt when I'm PMS'ing (eat POPCORN, it's great!!)... which led to even more water retention! on the day that I weighed myself, I was up 1.5 lbs... but i've read that some women fluctuate upwards of 3-5 lbs (water weight, of course).

if you crave chocolate, they have 100-cal hostess cupcakes (the package comes with three mini-cupcakes, so you feel like you're getting a lot!!)... also, people have recommended skinny cow ice cream sandwiches (~140 cals). Dreyer's also makes LIGHT ice cream sandwiches (also 130-140 cals).

you can definitely find good substitues to indulge in things you're craving! the best part is when it's all over and you realize that you were still able to lose some weight during the week!

ben and jerrys low fat frozen yoghurt!!!! OMG so good! chocolate brownie one hits the spot and you dont feel as naughty! xx
