I finally got to my goal (actually passed it). I started out 149 (150 on bad days) wanted to get to 130 and I now weigh 127.4 lbs. I'm done losing weight and now for toning up. YAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!

Don't forget to maintain like a hawk weight is funny one day your in the top of the world and the next day you gained 4 lbs. This does not mean to stop Calorie Counting and you can eat everything you see.

I've already reached my goal weight once (now i'm working on getting back there again :P) so I know that is the best feeling in the world! :)
Like nieto914 said, really work hard at maintaining, I found (obviously, lol) that maintaining at your goal weight is actually more challenging than reaching it. It's so important to learn the balance your body needs to maintain its new, ideal weight :)
