LOL...  but I don't run 6.5 miles in 55 minutes ( would take an hour five) either :-)

a  hour five, pshhh big difference :P

Good for you!

whoo I'm doing 5.5 miles in an hour and I thought that was fast. lol

good going

thats awesome.. I just completed10k (which i think is 6.2 miles) and it took me nearly 59 minutes...my first 10k road race is on Sunday....

sounds like you've set a cracking pace!!

Awesome!  That is a big inspiration!!  How long have you been running?

I'm super jealous! I can't seem to ever make it past 3 miles and that's not even straight running, i have to have walking breaks lol

thanks guys :)

i thinkkkk i set a new record for myself (although i'm not exactly sure of the mileage) but all i know is that i ran something over 6 miles in 47 min. now :D SUPER HAPPY...
and for my "long run", i thinkk i did lik 9-10 miles? who knows, but i still feel full of energy :)
