POLL: Is your driver's license weight accurate? Close?

Quote  |  Reply

OK, confession time ... as of when I started healthy eating in August, my driver's license weight was exactly 100 pounds less than my actual weight.... and I don't think I weighed THAT, 8 years ago.

Is your driver's license weight reasonably accurate? Not even close? Wishful thinking?

You bored or something? ;) That's three polls in five minutes ;)

Not even close. That's a good thing. I'm probably lighter than my license says.

Mine is close, it's says about 7 pounds heavier than I am right now. I have to get it renewed within a month though so it will be very accurate soon :)
my license doesn't have my weight! don't think my CT one did either...
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH A!!!!!!

No, no it's not. [Wiping tears of laughter from face.]

And it never ever will be again!
nope, no weight on the CT licence.  i don't think my CA had it either.
My license weight is 21 lbs heavier than I was this morning, and probably 10 lbs lighter than my weight was when I had the picture taken :)

You mean all these years I could've moved to a state where I don't have to officially list my weight for all to see!?!?!?

same here!!! when i got my license, i'm pretty sure i wasn't the weight on there. let me think...MAYBE i was 20 lbs heavier than i put on my license. Now? I'm about 90 lbs heavier than what my i.d. reads. hey, that didn't look too bad! i used to be 140 lbs heavier than my license weight. woohoo! getting close to not being a liar!

what's the deal w the weight anyway? they don't actually weigh you, so obviously we can (and do) put whatever we want.

hahaha!! very funny cuz you know we fib there!!! i got mine out and took a look at it(hadn't really paid attention to that in years!) i don't think they even ask you if it has changed when you renew. mine says 150 and i weigh 145 right now. but, at the time i put that weight i know i was waaay over thatLaughing
hehe yup molly! you can keep it to yourself in the wonderful state of MA :)
Yes, well it would be, If my height weren't...hee hee...
California does have weight on the driver license... mine shows me at five pounds lighter than I am now.  Its issue date was 9/26/03.  I think I'd start to look emaciated if I weighed five pounds less than I do, so I think I'll get my DL corrected when it expires this year :)
When I got my first ID, I marked down I was 150 pounds, but I was 220 pounds in the picture.

My second ID, I was honest and said I was, I think 175?  And now I'm 155.

So, no.  :D
mine doesn't have a weight on it, but it would be wrong.
I Lied.
Well I know that in the province of Ontario we only have height on ours!

I dont think I would want my weight on it!!
Mine is 20 pounds off.
None on Pa licenses!!!  YEAH!!!!

what do you think would happen if you walked in to get it renewed and they said, "ok stand over here for you photo. now over here on the scale. now over here to check our height and over here to check your eye site."

i mean, it's not just weight. how many guys add an inch or two?
