I will be voting through the mail b/c I've recently moved and have no idea where to vote in person!!  In fact, I'm mailing my vote tomorrow : )

I have voted in most elections that I have been eligible for...every Presidential election though.

I don't read the entire voter pamphlet : (

1. Are you currently registered to vote?  Yes

2. Will you vote absentee or in person?  Absentee

 3. Have you voted in every election (local, state, national) that you have been eligible to vote in since you turned 18?  Yes

 4. Do you read the entire voter pamphlet that comes from your County Elections Office?  Usually.  But when I can't, I check with my political advisor (my mom, she's very educated, and reads 4 newspapers a day, so she knows what's up, even when I can't keep up)

1. Are you currently registered to vote?  Yes

2. Will you vote absentee or in person?  In Person

 3. Have you voted in every election (local, state, national) that you have been eligible to vote in since you turned 18?  Just turned 18 - this is my first time.

 4. Do you read the entire voter pamphlet that comes from your County Elections Office?  I haven't yet, but I probably should.  I think I will, or at least I will skim the issues I care most about.

Registered independent and I have voted in person in every election since I was 21, which was voting age before they dropped it to 18.

I read everything that is not published by a politcal party.  I stick to non partisan sources for my information, and read newsletters online from an equal number of liberal and conservative organizations.  I do examine the sample ballots so I'm familiar with what's on it.

This year I'm a little nervous because I just moved in April.  I did get my new voters registration card in the mail.  It says I just have to present that, but I'm taking all kinds of ID with me.  I have phone number ready to call if anyone gives me a hard time.

1. Yep, I actually received TWO registration cards in the mail for some reason...

2. In person, when I get home from work, in the lobby of my apartment building, on Tuesday night (Canadian)

3. Everything except the mayoral election a couple of years ago because I was somehow unaware it was happening until 2 hours before the polls closed and had no chance to research and make any kind of informed choice.

4. Voter pamphlet?

4. Voter pamphlet?

We get sample ballots / voter guides sent to us ... usually by the County Elections Department or the Secretary of State. It explains the ballot initiatives, propositions, candidate statements, etc.
