I don't know if you guys have ever had a pomegranate before, but I wanted to suggest them! They're really yummy and high in antioxidants. I especially like them because it takes a while to eat. You eat the seeds so it's kinda like eating really small grapes. They're great when you just want to chew something. One pomegranate is about 160 calories. 

Just thought I'd share my new obsession with you guys!

I just bought two pmegranates at the store on Tuesday. They are delicious! I had forgotten how good they are.

Such a pain to eat though -- Any secrets? Are you eating them plain, or using them in other foods?

I saw a great recipe for butternut squash with pomegranate, sounded amazing!

So I know this is a bit random, but on Saturday I had a bowl of fiber cereal with a few chopped walnuts and 1/4 of a pomegranate and soymilk.

 

Amazing.

I like mine with something else

I think they are great in salads.
