popcorn or soup?

Quote  |  Reply

This is random!  But its 3:15 and I'm at work and deciding what to have for my snack.  I can either have Trader Joe's Tomato Roasted Red Pepper soup, 1 cup for 100 cals ( I had this for lunch with PB&J but I love it!)

or a bag of popcorn, and not eat it all.  Not sure of the cals on it.

What's better?

I say the soup cause you already know the calories, but its what ever your craving (:

I went with the soup :)  Its funny, people look at me like I'm a pig while I heat up my 100 cal soup (GASP- after lunch!!), while others go to the vending machine and dole out a 300 cal (unfilling) bag of chips.

Haha I know what you mean! I eat often and sometimes "a lot", but my healthy foods have so many fewer calories than the "small" snacks people around me are eating.
