Recipe Ingredients for pork afritada

2 lbs pork shoulder
3 potatoes
3 carrots
2 bell peppers
29 oz tomato sauce
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbs vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for pork afritada

heat oil, saute garlic until light brown. Add cubed pork and cook until no more pink. Add tomato sauce and boil for 5 minutes. Add potatoes, carrots, bell peppers and boil until vegetables are tender.
