Pork Loin Roast Recipe

Crockpot Roast w/ veggies

Ingredients
3 lb pork loin roast
1 tsp rosemary
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
8 small red potatoes
1 medium yellow onion
1/2 cup carrots
1 cup water
2 roma tomatoes
Directions
Season roast with 1 teaspoon rosemary and 1 teaspoon black pepper. Quarter potatoes and onion and add to bottom of crockpot. Add baby carrots and quartered romas to pot. Add remaining pepper to veggies and stir. Add roast on top of veggies and add water. Put on low and cook for 10 hours.
