Pork Vs. Chicken
CC grades are just to guide you. The grade only sometimes reflects the quality of the food. Besides, you need variety to have a healthy diet... so eating an A graded food all day would actually be unhealthy.
I would just take the grades with a grain of salt.
Chicken tends to be more flexible, so you can use it to make lots of low calorie meals... but there is nothing wrong with pork, and both are tasty!
That article isn't very long or descriptive, but it can give you an idea, chicken isn't THAT much worse than pork. Sometimes I tend to wonder about the accuracy of the grading system on here when it comes to a few things.
Hope this helps though :)

I really appreciate all the help! I know they are both great choices.
I just find it interesting that CC thinks that Pork has more nutrional value....more vitamins it seems. BUT both have become a staple in my diet...and the pounds are going away....HOORAY! :)
Hi there, I have actually become allergic to chicken in the past ten years and therefore had to find a lean meat that I enjoy, usually beef is just too 'meaty' and I don't like the texture, and like to cook. Pork tends to fal in that category.
I found a chart on pork v chicken that may help; I tried to post it but it would not post in the correct format.
