Portion Control Quiz *fun*

I got this in my email from prevetion.com. it's a fun little quiz on portion control.

enjoy. Chances are you won't get 100%. I got rating of student of portion control but, honestly it would impossible to 100% right since they don't tell you how many oz. the food items are. 

I was doing fine until I got up to the bonus round--I got all of those wrong. My score is 29.

I missed two.  Both were fresh produce questions, one was about a serving of baby carrots (I chose 1/2 tennis ball) and the other about a serving of grapes (also chose 1/2 tennis ball).  I don't like baby carrots that much and limit grapes because of sugar, so I understand why I got those questions wrong lol

And the bonus round sucked!  OP was right about not knowing how many ounces the foods were so it was hard to determine how big the serving was.  But it was a fun game!

Fun - I got 53 - I AM the master!  JK - yeah the bonus round was hard.  You can tell how many ounces a dinner is lust looking at a picture.

Oh well it is what it is. I read the tips on the side of the answers so,  it did what it was supposed to. I've got a little better idea of what is a portion of the various items.

Yay! I'm a master. That last round was rough though. I don't eat out nearly enough to know the portions of those. I just know they are huge.

I'm surprised that only 4 dice worth of chedder cheese is allowed in a day and one golf ball worth of mozerella cheese.

Do you think the serving portions stay the same for light / fat-free versions? like reduced chedder...

i did pretty good but sadly do not follow alot of these portion counts (like i will have more baby carrots than a tennis ball size! or if im hungry im eating more than a deck of cards size of chicken! lol) wish i could though!

Very good quiz. I scored 31. where was the bonus round, it didn't show up on my computer so i'm guessing i missed it.

63 Points... Got one of the bonus questions wrong (servings of cheese on the pizza) and the amount of mixed nuts (chose 1/2 tennis ball rather than a shot glass... wishful thinking I guess!)
