i having a pretty good time too! havent really lost too much weight in the past week but ive worked out three days in a row! thats made me quite proud.

I started at the beginning of January, and as of yesterday I have lost 14lb :D I'm really pleased with that, as it surpassed my goal for January.

14?!?!?!?!?!?!?! THATS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My weigh day is tomorrow, so I might change my mind, but since the beginning of December, I've lost 20.3 lbs. More than anything, my positivity comes from the fact that I'm able to do this at all. I thought it would be horribly difficult, but it really isn't. Instead of an unhealthy obsession with food I have a pretty good obsession with eating healthy and exercising.

It's nice to be proud of myself for once!

Congrats on the 9lbs that are GONE!

I'm having a good time, also! Since 12/10 I am down 16lbs! I'm in a challenge and it's really helped keep me on track....finally!

Congrats everyone! Sounds like a lot of people are doing great.

I feel pretty great too. Since the beginning of January, I haven't lost many lbs but I lost an inch and a half off my waist, and without sucking my stomach in lol. It's great because I was losing weight but no inches at all before. I very much prefer it this way =)

It's really great to read all these positive posts.  Makes me feel good!

I started eating better a month ago today and have lost a little over 8lbs.  I couldn't see any difference in my body and that was a tiny bit discouraging.  However this weekend it dawned on me that I was able to BUTTON UP MY COAT FOR THE 1ST TIME THIS WINTER!   Lol, it was such a positive thrill - makes me want to run and put my coat on right now and do a little victory dance, ha ha.

Hey all.....WOW!!!!!!!! SO SO glad to hear all the good stuff!

14-16lbs im so jealous lol!   Really happy with myself too, ad a slightly difficult day yday, mondays always are for some reason lol...never go over my calories but just dont eat as healthily....ad cereal, soup, cod n veg but my snacks were cpl bics, cpl diet light cake slices, lil portion of light banoffee (homemade with light condensed milk n creme fraiche lol) so still only had 1400 kcals, had few bits of fruit too etc.

Im lovin people noticin n ma body toning up!

Great great stuff eh.

Clothes r ace to go by too, cant wit til i can get my 'thin' clothes on again!  SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited guys lol!!!  xx

Hi, I have been at this almost 2 weeks and have lost 8 lbs. I think my body really wanted a change. I am so happy  now, exercising more, almost every day. And being balanced rather than freaked out by it. I have a goal to be able to do yoga poses better (with less flab in the way) and when I had class recently I felt I could notice a difference.Congrats to all who feel positive changes, no matter which way they are being felt or expressed. Keep at it! :-)

I have lost 15 pounds since around the beginning of November (I was afraid to put my real weight on the tracker because I had been off the wagon for a while).

I feel great and walk at least 3 miles 5 times a week.  Somedays and do 4 or 5.

Congratulations to all.  This is a great place to be.
