To be like 5'5 115 pounds of muscle?

I read this ladie was 5'3.5 and 111 pounds, and very mucular <-- but she has been lifting for a LONG time.

So is it possible to be 5'5 115 pounds?

I am currently 126.0 as of this morning 1 pound up since starting lifting. I really want to be 115 though and this is what makes me want to stop lifting, I was excited because I have done it before went from 126 to 118 eating what i eat now, lifting and doing cardio, it took me MAX 2 months to do that.

I feel sort of discouraged. Should I try drinking more water?

I mean this is only my fourth day but still :[

It more likely to be water retention, women fluctate up and down about 4-5lb's on a daily basis.

If you eating a calorie deficit your unlikely to have put on 1 pound of muscle in 4 days ..

As long as you haven't gone over your calories i wouldn't worry its almost certainly water.

Oh!!

Its also worth noting that i heard when you very first start wieght training and your muscles arn't used to it they can hold water for a while while they sort themselves out and realise you not trying to kill them.

i'm not sure about the mechanic's of itim sure one of the guru's will fill you in.

Cool. Yeah I have been trying to drink more water because I know they will retain and I should just beware of gaining maybe 4 pounds of water I just dont want to! LOL. So I guess MASS amounts of water then? Lol.

I think it pass's after a couple of weeks i wouldn't worry.

I am 5'5 and 115 pounds and mostly muscle because im a runner, i really dont have that much fat on me. It is possible!

YAY. its possible :] lol.

I thought runners don't have much muscle though?

Remember also that muscle weighs more than fat.
