Is it possible for me to look like this again?

Links aren't working. =X

Edit: Didn't even notice the space there, sorry.  <_<  Anyway.

I think you could definitely do it!  I don't know anything about you, but I know all it takes to get in shape is discipline and drive.  The winter spanning '07 to early '08 I was somewhere around 275 lbs, and earlier in '07 I was definitely past 285 lbs.  I used to look at pictures of when I was skinny and dismiss the possibility of ever getting back to that.  Today, in '09, however, I am down to around 160 lbs having started CC at around 245 lbs toward late April, early May in '08.  I've made a lifestyle change, to an extent, but the results are well worth it.  I haven't taken any good pictures for contrast recently, but here are three from 2007: http://tinyurl.com/7asym4

They have spaces in them, it automatically added them. You just have to remove the space in the word Miserable

It's hard to tell if the two sets of pictures are of the same person because you never see the face in the current pictures. In the third picture of the first set it looks like you don't have a belly button maybe its just the camera angle or the way you're standing but it really looks like you don't have one. LOL But I would say since you are still young you could look like that again.

lol, it's the same person, i just look really different, and couldn't get my head in the picture. i really hope i can look like that again :(

aww love the brand new poster hahah

anyways yes i deff think that its possible. i am in the same boat. i used to be so skinny and pretty! and i loved it but i didnt realy take care of myself and i went down hill. but with proper diet and excersize and commitment and will power (haha) we can all look that skinny

good luck with it all =]

omgahh you noticed it! haha. automatic love <3

yeah that's exactly what happened. i used to have a really high metabolism, and i'd just not care what i ate and my mom said "when you're older you'll regret that burger" and stuff and i never believed her and then i just .. blew up. i think it also might have something to do with the fact i went on birth control because soon after is when i got fat. but i'm off it now and hope i'll lose some weight!

I haven't looked at the photos but I think you have to be very careful about looking back.  We all change, whether we like it or not.  You physically can't be that exact same person from the past because things have moved on.  No-one still looks like a 16 year-old kid when they're a grown woman.

If you're overweight and out of shape then work on your diet and get some exercise.  Try to look the best you can as the person you are now...

I hope so! I look like what you look like now and I'd love to look like what you looked like then

(try saying that 5 times fast)

I think you can totally do it, but you really have to change your habits.  Granted, I have no idea what your habits are, but so much about losing weight is mental.  In high school I ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted and I didn't gain a pound.  But as I've gotten older, I just can't do those things without tipping the scale.  So I just have to tell myself that even though I could probably fit a whole large pizza into my stomach at any given time, I should eat a large salad and opt for a single slice.  Whatever your habits are now, start by changing them just a little bit at a time, because no one wants to stick to a diet where they feel deprived.  Just choose things in moderation, and stay active.  I know that I tend to eat more on days when I’m bored, so that staying active part is key for me!

thanks :)

jane, i really just wanted to know if i was too far in. i don't know much about bodies and health and things like that which is why i was asking. i'm only 18, and in those pictures i was 16/17, so technically i'm not a grown woman yet ;) and i know i probably can't look EXACTLY the same or anything, but i mean in the sense that i look skinny, and not all .. muscly, you know?

I know 18 - nearly 19 - doesn't make you fully grown but two or three years make a big difference.  If you've gone on the pill that presumably means you're more sexually active... sexually active women are a different shape to pubescent ones.  My point is.... looking back at pics of yourself aged 16 is  probably setting up an unrealstic expectation.  If you want to be less muscly, work out less.  If you want to be slimmer, eat less.  Hence my suggestion 'try to look the best you can as the person you are now'... because the person you were is unobtainable.

i know what you're saying and i already said my piece, and i don't feel like saying it again lol, but i do understand what you're saying. but i'm gonna go ahead and delete the pictures now because i only wanted them up for a day.
