Is it possible to tune in with your body again?
Heyy- I'm in gaining mode, and therefore haven't gotten the CHANCE to be hungry in... forever. I'm enjoying all the food I get to eat, when my belly will tolerate it (yayyy I love food!)
But... I leave every meal stufffed and sick. I really have not gotten the chance to be hungry in so long. When my weight is stabilized, how willl I teach my self to eat to a point when I'm full? How will I relearn hunger cues!? haha just wondering if anyone has gone thru this transition.
When one is on weight gain it can be hard to be intune with your body. You are going to be full from one your body not being used to this amount of food and to gain you can't always just feel satisfied or you would not meet your goal. Right now you are training your body to be healthy and as your mind and body gets nurished and at a better place you will be able to work more with how you feel rather then eating to meet a goal. Does that make sense? Try to focus on where you are now which is needing to gain and then when you get to maintain you can work with that process.
