 great. the one other "obese" person who replied is actually a giant muscle man.   i feel so lonely.  Wink

I started off obese; does that help? 

Starting weight = 178.6 for a BMI of 31.1 (obese)

Currently 141.7 for a BMI of 24.7 (healthy) 

5'4" Female, 53 yrs., 140 lbs. BMI 24.0 healthy

5'8" Female, 52 years old, 154 lb, current BMI 23.4 Laughing - healthy (down from Embarassed BMI of 48.2 --- NEVER GOING BACK!) 

draca, thats so amazing!  that is one hell of an accomplishment.   my starting bmi was 43, so dont feel embarrassed.  you have done a really awesome job!

6'6" male, 62 yo, 245, 28.3 (overweight)

6 months ago: 311, 35.9 (obese)

goal: 180, 20.8 (healthy)

over half way!!

5'3" female, 24 yo, 99 lbs (mildly underweight)

5"3, female, 27yo, BMI: 20.5 (healthy)

5" 11' male, 24yo, BMI: 23.2

BMI was 30.3 about a year and a half ago.  :D

Recently gained a stone, so this was an unpleasnt shock!

5"4' female, 21 yo, 126lb, so BMI=21.6

5"8' Female, 21 years old, 143 lbs, BMI=21.7

5'4" female, 147 lbs. - BMI: 25.2 - only 2 more lbs to go and I'll be in the healthy range!

Started out with BMI of 26.6

5'7" female, 19 years old, 158lbs

BMI: 24.7 (in normal range), down from 29.6 (obese)
