BMI is good but it doesn't like muscular people :)
If your bf% is around 23% your BMI is off. My bf% is around 28% and my BMI is currently 26.0... wierd.
BMIs can't be "off". They're just calculated from height and weight. What they can be is meaningless for very muscular people (since they weigh a lot from the muscle but may have very healthy/low amounts of bodyfat).
Ok, noted. Just stated my curiosity.
5'5" F/28 137 lbs 22.8 BMI (healthy)
5'2.5" F/52 119 lbs 21 BMI (healthy)
5'4, F/22, 139 lbs. BMI 23.9 (healthy)
My body fat percentage is 31.8%, though, so I definitely to work on that.... ![]()

M/17/6'/233 BMI of 31.6 (obese, which sucks but, down from 33.8), 16 lbs lost, goal of 168 lbs (BMI of 22.8). Only 12 more lbs until I'm not "obese", and 49 lbs until I'm in the "healthy" category, I'm so excited, I can't wait!
