What did you do today?
*15 minutes playing squash
*Four sets of 10 reps each of squatting 105 lbs. Then 2 minutes on the eliptical
*Four sets of 10 reps each of calf raises with 105 lbs. Then 2 minutes on the eliptical
*Four sets of 10 reps each of 40 lb. leg curls followed by 2 mins. on the eliptical.
*Four sets of 10 reps each of 35 lb. leg extensions. This exercise hurt the most!
I burned 295 calories in the 40 minutes it took to work out! ![]()
So far today -
3 mile walk to work
1 mile walk to shop for lunch
10 mins weights and resistance

I will run home later
and do a bit more weights at home
Wish I could do more, but my bike got stolen!!! pah

30 min of strength straining - using Phase I in book New Rules of Lifting for Women
60 minutes of biking outdoors - mostly leisurely, but one long steep hill (very fun and challenging hill!)
Don't know how many calories burned - counting on afterburn and increased metabolism from weight training
5 mile,40 minute run(OUTSIDE! finallly a nice day!)...
20 minutes on the stepmill at level 6...
3 x 12 dips 3 x 12 bicep curls 3 x 12 rear delt flyes 3 x 12 stability ball push ups..
and some goooood stretching!
Burn according to HRM 675 cals...

Actually yesterday, started this one outta Men's Health:
100 cal (according to the machine) warmup on elliptical
3x10 of
Dead Lift, 135 lbs
Squats, 135 lbs
Dumbell Bench Press, 100 lbs (50/side)
Chinups (okay, I can't do 10, 3x5) 195 lbs (or one me)
Push Press, 80 lbs
Hammer Curl, 25 lbs each side
Back extension w/ 25 lb plate
Reverse Crunch w/ 15 lb dumbell
Shoulder round-the-worlds, 15 lbs
Seated Calf Raises, 125 lbs
20 minutes on strider-elliptical @ level 5.
Cardio Burn according to machines: 435 cals, (yeah, that seems ridiculously high)
Cal Burn on weights: Dunno.
Total time 1.5 hours

Depends on time of the year. Generally Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 2 hour bike ride, intensity etc varies depending on where I am in the season. Weekends around 3 hour bike ride, again intensity varies. During Spring, Summer it's usually racing. Monday, Thursday rest days. Usually just do core exercises, and lately I started to swim.
Went for two walks - totaling 5 miles
Today I played squash for 55 minutes. This website says that I burned 595 caloris, but I barely even worked up a sweat, and I didn't get a great night's sleep last night, so I think it's off a bit.
