Moderators--- Maybe you can move this? I meant to put it in recipe forum. :)
These are some recipes I posted here on CC. They all get an A- or better and about 320 cal or less per serving. Will you share yours?
All American Meatloaf I said it serves 6, but probably more like 8.
The best Chicken Soup ever Well worth the work ;)
BBQ Chicken Kabobs Or use only peppers and onions - delish!

I just made Potato Minestrone in my slow cooker, and it turned out fantastic! I had some big servings, but if you cut down on the serving I think the cals would be a little lower. This recipe is super high in sodium, but just sub some healthy request broths or low sodium beans and I think it will help :)
^ um, sounds yummy and looks easy!
This is a great idea! I bet we can collect a lot of grade A recipes!
This is one of my favorites. You can reduce the sodium by using a lower sodium salsa and frozen or fresh corn instead of canned. 379 calories

Here's a vegetarian selection. I named it End of the Garden because it uses all the vegetables that are left in the garden in September. I use no salt added tomatoes and juice in it for lower sodium. You could add some tofu to make a complete meal and still be under 300 calories

bump, looking for more ideas :) :) ;)
This one gets an A- because of sodium, but you can cut that down using low sodium chicken broth. It's my daughter's favorite soup and it works as a main dish.

This is another crock pot soup recipe I adapted.
Chicken and Broccoli Soup
It's 305 calories per serving and gets an A grade! Like the Minestrone I posted earlier, the recipe is high in sodium, but if you use low sodium broths and such it should be just fine. I just couldn't get the low sodium versions to show up in the recipe, so oh well.
I'm excited, it turned out really well!

I've been meaning to contact the site administrators to have them add an item for low sodium broth. I use one from Whole Foods Market that is very low in salt and very high in flavor. I also use Herb Ox low sodium bouillon powder.
I make my baked chicken one night and use my left over baked chicken to make crunchy chicken salads or grilled chicken salad It's much cheaper than byinging them at a fast food joint and when adding boiled eggs I take the yolks out and just use the whites. Thats where most of the calories are. With agood low cal dressing it can be a small with a few hundred calories of a supper with 4-600
Tonite I'm making grilled lemon-rosemary halibut filets served with homemade lemon coleslaw and a baked potato or oven fries.
3 tablespoons dry white wine
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
Four halibut steaks, (6 ounces each)
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Whisk together the wine, lemon juice, olive oil and rosemary in a small shallow baking dish. Add the halibut and turn to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, turning once. Preheat grill. Remove fish from marinade and season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill the steaks for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.

Hooray! I'm going to edit my recipes to include it.
