Mine would have to be those tubs of Crystal Light you can buy in bulk.

A small tub makes 8 glasses.
Each tub has only about 8 teaspoons!
In each glass there is only 5 calories.

If you were to use the whole tub in one glass or all 8 glasses you would only be consuming 40 calories!
Imagine how bloated you'd be after 8 glasses of Crystal Light Lemonade :P

I wouldn't be hungry for the rest of the week lol :D

sugar free jello. I love that stuff. I make a box every week. and at only 20 cals per box, that stuff is amazing.

Double fiber wheat bread by natures own. This stuff is amazing. at only 40-50 cals per slice and 5 g of fiber. this stuff is amazing. I love it. I love the taste so much I cant even eat regular bread anymore. the regular bread does nothing for me anymore.

Sweet freedom double chocolate ice cream bar. It has like 90 calories and 5g of fiber in it, and it tastes so good. It doesnt taste low fat or low sugar at all. and it definitly takes care of those chocolate cravings.

Crystal light is another fav of mine. I dont know what I would do without it.
Watermelon.

This time of year, anyway.  I can eat a POUND of it for under 100 calories... wow!!!   And they are only $2 right now!

Love that watermelon!!
Cool Whip Free. It's so good and really low in calories. I freeze it in little cups and eat it like ice cream. YUM!
Egg beaters!!
POPCORN!! For a cup of popped popcorn its only 20 cals, no fat, and 4 grams of protein.  I make a bag of popcorn and just munch a little on it throughout the day. It keeps me from binging on junk.
BLUEBERRIES!!!

I go through 2lbs a week.  Seriously.
frozen fruit! grapes or mixed berries are my fav!
luna bars!!! they fill me up!
quick oats.

dannon lite n fit yogurts

veggie stir frys made with muchroom, zucchini, green pepper and cabbage
Brown rice.  I love it, it's packed with fiber and nutrition, naturally low fat, and it keeps me full and keeps me going.  Not to mention that it keeps me regular! :D
Ooh, also those

Nabisco 100 Calorie Packs.

It gets kind of confusing have to figure out how many servings of X amount of calories you ate in a meal.
But these 100 calorie packs let you know.
You eat the whole bag, you ate 100 calories.
No questions asked.

Now go walk for 20 minutes.

^^Double Fiber bread is the best!! I also am completely in love with FiberSure. It's tasteless, blends seamlessly into beverages or moist food (think batters, soups, sauces, oatmeal, the works) and it's 5 grams of fiber per teaspoon!

I've been using the Wal-Mart version of Crystal Light. It tastes the same, it's calorie free, and only costs about 1/2 as much. I get a variety of the boxes of single-serving sticks and I'm good to go!

And while summer isn't technically a food (lol), it's a miracle to me. There's so much great produce in season that I have no problems finding great-tasting snacks to keep me going.
Sparkling flavored water

Blue Bunny Health Smart Fudge Lites (1 for 35 cals!)

Dannon Light N'Fit Yogurt

Soy crips (17 for 120 calories and 7 grams protein!)

Crystal lite

Gum (Sugar Free)

Diet soda

Strawberries
Diet drinks (coke is best)

strawberries, apples, raspberries, pretty much any berry!

celery

um....anything that is filling and not too naughty!
My miracle food is herbal tea, iced. You can get the Mr. Coffee ice tea maker from Wal Mart for around 20 bucks. The tea from Good Earth is naturally sweet, no sugar, no caffeine, no calories! And it helps keep you hydrated without messing up your diet. I heard on the news diet soft drinks can cause metabolic problems. SO I stick to the tea!
Fruits fruits fruits!!!! can't emphasize fruits enough.

Asparagus

Dannon Light n Fit yogurt

fresh, raw green snappeas/green beans- great for munching between meals. 17 calories for ten of them!

frozen bananas, berries, or grapes

sugar-free gum

smart balance: smart butter

nasoya: nayonaise (vegan mayo- only 10cal. per tbsp)

any fruit, almost any veggie

fresh berries, you wouldn't believe how many I eat when they are in season. I can eat half a pint in one bowl of cereal for breakfast easy. so yummy and filling and so low in calories.

frozen berries : God's gift to smoothies. Makes it slushie and still nutritious at the same time. I eat so many blackberries this way, its amazing my tongue isn't permanently purple

Kavli and rye crisp: low calorie and go with virtually any topping you can dream up.

low sodium v-8, if you need a low calorie /low sodium veggie broth or tomato sauce it can't be beat. thin with water and seasonings for soups, or blend with low sodium canned tomatos and seasonings to make a great quick sauce for cooking grains and stuff in for meals. {I make a bean and quinoa relish with this that is yummy}, or just a a replacemen tomato sauce.

I can't remember the brand name but there is a company that makes a frozen breaded eggplant that is ready to cook. It is heaven for those nights when you just don't feel like cooking, but dont' want to eat junk either. Its high in fiber and relatively low in sodium  I just toss a slice in the microwave for a minute and eat it between a couple slices of whole grain breads.

Paul Newman's salsa and salad drsesings. I use them on everything.. I dont' care for all of his products but those two get raves.  {taste good and support a worthy cause - works for me}

precut veggies and prewashed and prebagged salads. I eat so many more veggies when someone else does the dirty work. Who buys whole carrots any more when baby cut ones are so much handier for snacking.

Great Harvest Dakota or honey whole wheat bread  i{ior almost any of thier products -save the sweets}It only has 5 ingredients and the flour is milled daily. itis heaven, but the heavy texture isn't for everyone. I love it. one or two slices and I am quite full and feel like I've really eaten something. Its not low cal persay, but it is exremely nutrious and quite filling.

Fruit- right now it's peaches and watermelon, but I've recently discovered the yum factor of blueberries!

Hot tea- I just tried the lipton's cranberry pomegranite green tea tonight and it is really good!

Cappucino crunch icecream- fat free (110?) calories per half cup in a regular cone (15).  Putting it in a cone helps me a lot with portion control!

Diet Dr. Pepper!!!!!
Rice Cake's Butter Popcorn Flavour, it really tastes just like popcorn! and so few calories, the perfect snack

silloette fat free yogurt, vanilla with lots of blueberries and all bran cereal! perfect start to the day
