Post Miscarriage Weight Loss?

Just checking to see if there is anyone else out there who has recently had a  miscarriage and would like to lose the pregnancy weight they gained. 

I'm only asking because I think trying to lose weight after a miscarriage is probably different than how you lose it after having a baby/nursing etc.
