Post your sexy SHORT hair cuts!

I want to get my hair cut, and it's already pretty short (almost hitting my shoulders) but I want something that is sleek and sexy and will give me a new look. There are pictures of me in my gallery. I have more of an oval face, but I want to go shorter.

1. I'm changing jobs

3. My mom is coming down and hasn't seen me in a good 20 pounds.

Well, it kind of depends on the texture and type of hair you have.  also, are you looking for short short short.... or shoulder length short?  I love choppy(ish) styles , but can't have them because my hair's curly and it would end up lookin' like the first hair picture:(

It might not be all that short but I love this girl's hair.

I got mine cut like that a while ago but didn't really have a chance to take any good pictures and now it's kind of grown out.

I'm a big fan of the shorter in the back than in the front. Party in the front - business in the back: Like a reverse mullet!

I always used to have the "shorter" but not short short hair styles. I'm thinking I'll revert back to it soon...

Moody the first real photo you posted is pretty scary!!

The angled bob is really popular right now.  Longer in the front than the back.  I am letting the front of my hair grow out to that length so I can get it done like that.  :)

The bob's are kinda cute. Right now my hair is longer in the front and shorter in the back with swoop bangs, but everything is grown out and a mess.

I have this retarded flip that tends to happen at the bottom of my hair (it flips out, not in) and so if I want super cute I have to straighten it.

It's such a mess right now. The date for the chop is August 6th. The week before I start my new job :)

You can def. pull off a super short sexy hair style. I don't have any good examples, just here to cheer you towards the scissors!!!

What kind of short style were you thinking of?

Im suggesting the Swing-bob. Longer and angled in the front, Stacked up in the back. Victoria Beckham-ish but not quite so a-symetrical.

you can go to www.taaz.com and sign up (its free), you take a headshot of yourself with your hair back and it lets you "try on" different hairstyles, colors, makeup, eye color, etc.  My husband and I played with it for hours one night and unfortunately, with lots of makeup and dark short hair, I look like a fat Liza Minelli!

I can't wait! Its a toss up for something like that or the angular bob. The bob is probably easier to keep up with, but the first photo you posted would def grow out better than the short bob ;)

So I got a pixie cut and, despite everyone telling me I'd look stupid/fat/ugly with short hair, I look great. It's versatile, easy to maintain, and you use WAY less shampoo and conditioner. It's also growing out nicely into that graduated bob, which is convenient.
