**have never been this weight as an adult so not sure how I will look and feel at this weight, so it is flexible.  If I get to 140 and feel and look fine, then I will probably stop and start maintenance.  If I feel I need to go on a little more, then I will.

C-C really helps to be accountable, and seeing that people who weigh much more than me are able to get their stuff together and take control of their lives and weights and tens of pounds keeps me convinced that I can do the same.

Total lost to date:  82 pounds in 6 months

I was in size 22 and 24 jeans in July. I am currently in size 10 jeans, and noticed today they are getting loose in the waist and thigh area.

All of you are doing so well and you are an inspiration to me! Keep up the good work! WE can DO this!
Hi every one!

I just signed up yesterday.

Seing all your results realy motivates me.  But i'm wondering, what do you all do to loose all that weight? is it all about eating less than we burn? and by how much?

Is there anywhere on this site on the site that explains realy how weight loss work? and what are the best thing to do to get to you're ideal goal?

Thanks everyone!
