Have a raincheck for a scale that I am waiting to come in.... but current is likely 165, atleast thats what I'm hoping I will see after a pretty strick month!

I'm giving myself lots of time, too. 140 pounds by my 60th birthday.

Good thing, too, because I joined in August 2006 and have lost only five pounds.

No matter. Slow but steady wins the race, and my diet gets smiles from my doctor and nutritionist, although the calorie level won't pass muster with many of the regulars on this forum.


Well... I'm actually back here to RElose the weight I REgained in the last year! lol.

I started at almost 230 last year, went down to 180, now I'm back to 200... Darnit.

(Haven't made a goal day yet... but guessing, I'd say 5-7 lbs. a month for the next couple months...)
