I posted some pics.. embarassing but I thought I'd share
I just posted my pics. I've been taking a pic once a week since I started my fitness program. I'm 5 weeks in and I'm 6 pounds down. The first few weeks there wasn't any loss but I think I was doing a bit of firming up. Anyway, please no mean fat comments. I just thought this might be motivation for somebody, because even though I'm still very much at the start of this (I am at 164 right now, started at 170, I'm 5'4"), there is definitely some visible progress already.
There's definitely visible progress. Your belly and your arms have both gotten smaller. I'm impressed! Way to go!!
Lookin' great! Keep up the hard work!
You can see a big difference in your upper arms!!
Wow, you look great!
You're definitely firming up! Way to go!!!
You're butts getting a little blurrier too! :D
Seriously though, nice job, keep up the good work. Nothing to be embarassed about.
Thanks for all the compliments!!
Also, I blurred my butt for identity reasons, not because I was embarassed about my butt lol. Mostly because I'd be embarassed if somebody recognized me from real life on here. For some reason, the idea of strangers seeing me in a sports bra seems more OK than somebody I know for real.
But yeah I am definitely feeling better about myself each day, like I'm feeling getting back in control of my own body! It's a good feeling.
I, on the other hand, have no shame. I plastered my face all over with no regard. lol.
Again, nice job lady! Looking forward to more progress pics.
I just posted a pic today too. Check it out; rell me if you can tell a difference between my 2 most recent pics. There's only a minimal pound difference in the 2 latest pics, but I have been weight lifting and ab work.

I think your abs look firmer for sure!

Congratulations- by the way I am totally jealous of your curves- I have absolutely no waist and no hips- you are so lucky to have a great figure like that!
Keep up the great work and keep us up to date on your progress.

I go to the gym Mon-Fri, and I alternate between cardio days and strength training days. On cardio days I usually do 20-30 mins each of stationary rowing and an elliptical machine. On strength training days I do 45-50 mins of a circuit, I alternate between arm and leg machines. I do 10-15 reps and 3 sets of each exercise, and I do it at weight resistances that make me feel like I basically could not do even ONE more rep at the end of each set.
Thanks for all the nice compliments btw!
Huge difference, you look great!!! Your skin is even firmer looking, so smooth. Your tummy is much trimmer. Excellent work!!
