Where are the posting guidelines?

Because I've been searching for 3 days and can't find them.

There's been a lot of reference to the 'posting guidelines' of late, but they don't seem to be readily available!

Maybe I'm half blind, but they are eluding me...

When you  go to post, they are under the box you type in (below the post reply button)

HA! I am indeed half blind!  See, I never feel the need to scroll down below my response so I would never see that, but I guess they are readily available 

Until there was a period where it seemed like every other thread needed a reminder of the guidelines, I didn't know it either.

Perhaps they should be at the bottom of each thread, even before you click "reply"
