posting normal activities
im new to this site, and its pretty cool. my question is, do you really have to post activities like watching tv, sleeping, and you know, stuff like that? arent stuff like that already automatically there when your normal metabolic rate is put in the picture (which is done by this site right?)?
No, don't post that stuff. If you do, you'll notice it doesn't really change your calorie burn, and it will drive you crazy having to post every time you go to the bathroom. Sitting and sleeping are already figured into the sedentary activity level.
Nah. Not unless you're sleeping on a treadmill or something :P Ordinary daily activities are already counted for you... you only need to add it in if it's something out of the ordinary or extra-energy-intensive, like if you spent half the day digging in the garden or traipsing around the mall.
