Pot Stickers Recipe

Main Dish

Ingredients
1 pound ground pork
48 wonton wrappers
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove minced garlic
2 tablespoons dry sherry
6 green onions
6 tablespoons canola oil
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) chicken broth
Directions
  1. combine all ingredients except the chicken broth, oil and wonton wrappers.

  2. Make the potstickers

  3. heat oil in skillet and fry the potstickers 5 minutes

  4. add chicken broth and simmer covered 10 minutes
