| 5 | small potatoes |
| 29 | oz chicken broth |
| 2 1/2 | cups crushed tomatoes |
| 16 | oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed |
| 14 | oz beef broth |
| 1/2 | cup chopped onions |
| 3/4 | cup chopped carrots |
| 1 | parsley flakes, salt, oregano, garlic powder, basil, marjoram to taste |
- In a slow cooker, combine potatoes, chicken broth, tomatoes, kidney beans, beef broth, onions, and carrots.
- Season to taste.
- Cover and cook until vegetables are tender.
